JCRB Recorder Functionality
Since the JCRB Conferences allow voting by both members and delegates we must ensure that individuals can trace their baptism to the RLDS church and that branches have the membership count that they claim. To assist in this large task we have created an online system with secure login to track membership information.
Branch recorders are asked to maintain their members information in this system. Access level is granted only to the data for their branch and no other branches. A side benefit gained by using the system is that records for priesthood calls, baptisms, blessings, marriages, etc.can be confirmed through the JCRB Office when members move and must find another branch in which to attend. If you are a branch recorder or pastor and would like a login to use the system, please email your name, branch, pastor and his phone number or email address to system@conferenceofbranches.org
Once the information is in the system, members can express register for a conference by simply emailing the JCRB recorder at recorder@conferenceofbranches.org their membershipID, which is generated upon entry of their information in the system. This number can be obtained from your branch recorder.
