The Saints’ Observer is the conference newsletter, an official publication of the Joint Conference of Restoration Branches.

The March 2012 issue is the first one we have published ONLY in an electronic format (meaning, it will not be mailed). Please feel free to download it and email it to those in your branch.

Members of the Observer Subcommittee, including its chief editor, are taking a break from publishing the The Observer, therefore we encourage you to seek updates and news from the JCRB website, Latter Day Saints' Beacon, Facebook Page, and Twitter.
