Church-wide Global Internet Broadcasts

Technology Needs

If participating from the Branch, the following will be needed (we recommend you test your equipment with your church sound system before the day of the broadcast):

Internet connectivity (broadband) - the live link will be posted on this web page and the Conference home page just pior to the broadcast. computer LCD projector and screen or a flat panel television (and wiring) that allows it be connected with the computer speakers (to amplify computer audio); what needed depends on the church sound system. a telephone, email account or Skype account (for participating in real-time feedback opportunities with the Moderator of the broadcast)

If participating from the home of a Member, the following is recommended:

Internet connectivity (broadband) - the live link will be posted on this web page and the Conference home page just pior to the broadcast. computer  flat panel television (and wiring that allows it to be connected with the computer); may need to use a LCD projector and screen if the number of Members viewing the broadcast from the home merits it. speakers (to amplify computer audio)  a telephone, or email account or Skype account (for participating in real-time feedback opportunities with the Moderator of the broadcast)

How to Send Questions for the Moderator During a Broadcast

There will be three ways to deliver questions and comments to the Moderator during the broadcast. A team of helpers will be receiving messages three different ways, from Saints throughout the world. These include:

• Email (preferred). Use insights@ConferenceOfBranches.org to send questions or comments to the moderator during (or just prior to) a broadcast.
  
• via Telephone. Questions and comments will be accepted during the broadcast at 816.252.1457 (Unites States). Due to increased call volume during the broadcast, you may be sent to voice mail. We will not be able to retrieve voice mail during the broadcast. See email address above to assure your carefully worded questions reach the Moderator.
